SANARY - CENTRE - 50m2 air-conditioned apartment, with a 10 sqm enclosed terrace, comfortable and well equipped, on the port of Sanary. Calm down.
Located in the heart of Sanary, its location allows you to do everything on foot: shops, shops, port, restaurants, beaches...

The apartment consists of an entrance, a self-equipped kitchen, a living room overlooking a pretty closed terrace with 10m2, 2 bedrooms with direct access to the terrace for two people (both with double bed of 140-200). The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (160-2000) for 2 people, a flat screen TV. The kitchen offers complete equipment for a holiday rental. In addition, a separate bathroom and toilet. WIFI

This exceptional location in Sanary is just a stone's throw from restaurants, shops, the market and the beach.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and top floor without elevator of a historic harbour building.

Parking a free car a 1 minute walk away.

Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic Mediterranean fishing port, pedestrian streets lined with small shops, good restaurants and pretty fountain-refreshed squares, is a renowned tourist town, both relaxing and lively, where you'll be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season!
It offers a huge variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Golden Beach, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours...) in a sunny setting most of the year. There are many activities at your disposal: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gambling casino... not to mention the inevitable sea and sun baths!
The city, whose market was voted "the most beautiful market in France" in 2018, offers you the best of local produce as well as fresh fish from fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the harbour. In the summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering handicrafts.
Many sea excursions depart from the port to discover the marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins...) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques de Cassis!
The port is also a mecca for festivities throughout the year (Festival of Traditions, Sanary Spring, Just Rosé, Festival of Music and Dance and many other activities offered by local multicultural associations) including for the holiday season (its superb illuminations are now famous).
