SANARY - SEA AND PORT VIEW - Very nice triplex apartment of 170 m², with sea view terraces, comfortable and very equipped, on the port of Sanary.
Located in the heart of Sanary, its location allows you to do everything on foot: shops, boutiques, port, restaurants, beaches...
The accommodation consists on the first level of a double bedroom with a 140*190 double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.
On the second level, a second double bedroom with 2 80 cm beds, an integrated walk-in shower in the bedroom, a separate toilet and a living/reading room with TV. Finally, on the third and last floor, you will find an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom. A living room opening onto a pretty 10m² terrace with sea view and the historic monument "la Tour", a very well equipped kitchen and a dining room giving access to a second 15m² fitted terrace with BBQ for dining opposite the port of Sanary. Air conditioning on the top floor. Wireless.

The apartment is on three levels (no lift) of a historic harbor building.

Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typical Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares refreshed by fountains, is a tourist town renowned, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season!
It offers an immense variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours…) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gambling casino... not to mention the inevitable sea and sunbathing!
The city whose market was elected in 2018 "most beautiful market in France", offers you the best of local products as well as fresh fish from fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering handicrafts.
Many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins, etc.) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques de Cassis!
