SANARY - In a residential area 800 meters from the beach, beautiful villa of 180m², renovated, furnished and decorated with great taste, on a plot of 1800m² with infinity pool, petanque ground and beautiful garden. The villa offers 7 bedrooms including 4 with air conditioning and 5 shower rooms.

The main level offers a modern open kitchen very equipped with a dining room with sea view, a large living room open TV on a superb terrace to take your summer meals with plancha area facing the sea. Laundry room at the entrance level and guest toilet. Two double bedrooms and a shower room.

The first floor offers a first double bedroom with air conditioning and a sea view terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds (2x90) and air conditioning and a shower room with WC.

The garden level accessible by an external staircase offers:
Two bedrooms open onto the garden terraces and the swimming pool. A bedroom with air-conditioned double bed, shower room and toilet.

It offers a huge variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours, etc.) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, casino games, etc., not to mention the inevitable sea and sunbathing!
The city whose market was voted the "most beautiful market in France" in 2018, offers you the best local products as well as fresh fish from fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering artisanal products.
